This is not an official NHS service. SwiftQueue is — it's the NHS appointment booking system used by trusts across the UK. This tool simply monitors SwiftQueue for cancellation slots and alerts you when one opens up before your chosen date.
Once you click "Book now", you go directly to SwiftQueue and complete your booking through their system, exactly as you would normally. We have no involvement after that point.
We store three things: your chosen area, your target date, and a randomly generated token unique to you. That token is what powers the Telegram link — it's not tied to your name, phone number, or any personal details. Nothing else is stored.
SwiftQueue is the booking system used by NHS trusts across the UK for blood tests. When your GP sends you for blood tests, there are often no slots available for weeks — but cancellations come up all the time. This tool watches for them and alerts you the moment one opens up before your target date.
- Register — the form your GP gives you usually shows which SwiftQueue area to use. Pick it from the dropdown, set the latest date you'd accept, and click "Get Notified". Your registration is saved in this browser — just come back to this page.
- It checks every minute — if a slot opens before your date, it appears on your page automatically. No need to keep refreshing.
- Link Telegram — optional but recommended. You'll get an instant push notification when a slot appears so you don't need to keep the tab open.
- When a slot comes up — click "Book now" to go straight to SwiftQueue and grab it. Slots go fast.
- Keep going for earlier — once you've booked, you can come back and register again targeting an even earlier date. Each time you book something sooner, cancel the appointment you're replacing so it goes back into the pool for someone else.
